Disk Doctor: System Cleaner App Reviews

Use this app daily. Quick and effective, it cleans to give more space. My MacBook has only 120 gb and I find I am always near the maximum and this little app squeezes additional space when I most need it. Highly recommended.

I am trying to get to the bottom of it but it appears as though this app “cleaned” several folders with crititcal files out of random parts of my dropbox folder. Al seemed to be of a similar age or older. thank god for Dropboxes restore feature but this could’ve been disaterous. Developers: Where are the log files so I can see what may have happened. Does this app play well with dropbox files?? Untill answered I HIGHLY recommend a different app like ccleaner or clear disk. It seems safer and does more.

Being new to the Mac this app solves the searching for drive info and it cleans it up as well. Well done. I love it.

Spend your $2 on a fun game instead. As others have said, only looks at your user folder. OmniDiskSweeper is free and looks at everything, much better program. Wish I could get a refund :-(

Needs an uninstaller for Apps that removes folders, preferences, etc. A complete removal. Also, why are there social media links. Raise of hands, if you would post, “I just used Disk Doctor to remove unwanted files/folders! #100happydays"

Didn’t take out the mac alert pop up that keeps coming on my computer

I have an early 2011 MBP running Yosemite and I just downloaded this app to free up some space. I freed up 35GB of space in minutes without a hitch. Thanks Disk Doctor!
